What can replace a stapler?
Author:
In our daily work, a stapler is an indispensable tool that helps us quickly organize and secure scattered papers together. However, sometimes we may encounter situations where the stapler is not usable or cannot be found, and at this point, we need to look for items or methods that can replace the stapler.
1. Clips
Clips are the easiest and most convenient substitutes to find. Clips of different sizes can meet different needs, such as large clips for securing thicker papers, while small clips are suitable for lightweight small pieces of paper. The benefit of using clips is that they are easy to operate and will not damage the paper. However, they may not be as secure as a stapler, and may not be the best choice for documents that need to be kept together for a long time.
2. Tape
Tape is also a great alternative. Transparent tape or sticky notes can be used to secure papers. Transparent tape is suitable for a large number of papers and can quickly stick them together. However, using tape may damage the paper and may not look as neat as a stapler.
3. Hole Punch and Paper Clips
The combination of a hole punch and paper clips can also replace a stapler. A hole punch can create small holes in the paper, and then paper clips can be used to link the papers together. This method is both aesthetically pleasing and convenient, and it can be reused. However, this method is relatively more complex and requires additional tools and equipment.
4. String or Thread
For a large number of papers, string or thread can also be used as a substitute for a stapler. By tying the corners or edges of the papers together with string or thread, you can achieve a fixed effect. This method is simple and easy to implement, but the appearance may not be as tidy as that of a stapler.
5. Electronic Documents
With the development of technology, electronic documents are becoming more and more popular. If conditions permit, we can also choose to convert documents directly into electronic form, and share them via email, cloud storage, etc.
